Undomus delivers regularly worldwide and offers different types of options and services

Standard delivery

The standard delivery is in-house, with disposal and debris and is made by SEA using specialized couriers such as TRAMO, DEL CORONA & SCARDIGLI and it takes about 8/12 weeks for the delivery worldwide and may vary according to destination.


Once the product is shipped, the client will receive the tracking information to follow the shipment progress.

In case of bulky order and/or fragile products, the shipping is made by specialized couriers and the delivery time can change based on size and exact destination of the order. Undomus makes use of wooden crates specifically made for these products and, for this reason, the delivery time may increase by a few days, normally 3 to 5 days.

Please note that delivery dates do not include holidays and extended holidays. Waiting times do not include days from August 1 to August 27.

 of some areas, some dedicated services are not available.

Delivery cost, duties and taxes

For all products in the catalog, shipping costs vary depending on the size of the purchased products and the destination of the order. With regard to custom duties and fees and local taxes (VAT), when owed, our courier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email as soon as the goods arrive to inform you about the amount and payment methods, providing step by step assistance. It's the buyer's responsibility to pay customs duty. The shipping cost we provide does not include customs duty (import taxes) and clearance charges in the final destination.

Customers will have to pay them prior to the delivery of their package or at the time of the delivery.

Damage in transit

By providing worldwide deliveries, UNDOMUS is aware of the packaging and operational management operations needed to guarantee a smooth delivery of products. However, damages in transit can happen, so we ask you to please check the products very carefully on arrival..

● What to do in case the product(s) got damaged during transit?

Upon receiving the order, if it has been damaged, we recommend you to not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note "product damaged/broken".
Please inform the carrier as well as our Customer Service immediately in writing about the damages within 5 days of receipt. You can write an email to [email protected]

● What to do if you have accepted the damaged goods?

In this case, we kindly ask you to send us an email with your invoice number and pictures of the damages so that we can send a damage report for our insurance. At the same time, keep the goods safe until we have arranged the return with you.
